What it is on the research record
Selank is a seven amino acid peptide based on tuftsin, a fragment of an immune protein, with a stabilising tail added. It was developed at a Russian institute and is registered as a medicine in Russia.
Most of the published work comes from Russian research groups, and independent data is limited.
