Peptides for weight loss: what the research actually says
Plenty of peptides get sold as weight loss peptides. Only a few have serious trial data behind them. Here is every compound people in the Philippines ask about, graded by the published evidence, with approval status and price per milligram.
The peptides with real weight loss evidence are the incretin compounds: tirzepatide, semaglutide and, at an earlier stage, retatrutide. Their trials showed average weight loss of roughly 15% to 24% under medical supervision. Most other compounds sold as weight loss peptides have little or no human evidence.

The incretin peptides: where the evidence is
Semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide are synthetic versions of gut hormones that act on appetite and blood sugar. Where the hype runs ahead of the evidence
Online, MOTS-c, NAD+, growth hormone secretagogues and various blends are often sold as fat loss compounds. Their research is mostly in cells and animals, or in small human studies that did not measure weight loss. That does not mean they are useless for research; it means claims about weight loss in people are not backed by trials.
Be wary of any seller that promises weight loss results. Research sellers should not make claims about what a compound does for your body.
