What it is on the research record
GHK-Cu is a small tripeptide bound to copper. It was first described in human plasma in the 1970s, and levels of it are reported to fall with age.
It is well known as a cosmetic ingredient in serums and creams. Laboratory and review papers describe effects on collagen, wound healing and gene expression in cell and animal models.
GHK-Cu powder is a vivid blue, which is a useful visual check when a vial arrives.
