What it is on the research record
CJC-1295 is a modified analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone. There are two versions: one with a drug affinity complex (DAC) that makes it last longer, and one without, often called modified GRF 1-29. Most research blends use the version without DAC. Ask the seller which one you are buying.
Ipamorelin is a selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor, first described in 1998 as releasing growth hormone without the large rises in cortisol seen with older compounds.
A 2006 study in healthy adults used the DAC version of CJC-1295. There is little published human data on the blend.
